Our CNA Training Program

We’ve recently increased the length of our training to 108 hours to provide students more time to hone their skills and feel prepared and confident to take the State/OBRA examination.

TUITION
Tuition for our CNA training program is $1272.40 plus a $50 registration fee. Please be advised that a down payment of $450 is due at the time of registration to hold your spot.
We also accept payment from WorkSource, Deseret Industries, Goodwill, Salvation Army and others. Sponsorship through affiliated facilities is also possible. Call us for more details.
CNA TRAINING COMPLETION
All students that successfully complete our course will meet the criteria to sit for the state certification examination. This training includes all necessary CPR renewals, certification replacements and clinical hours required by the state for students.

Week 1*: Monday (Orientation, in-person) Tuesday to Thursday (online) Friday (CPR class in-person at school) Times: 8:30 am - 2 pm or 3:30 pm to 9 pm (enrolled class schedule)
Week 2*: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (online) Tuesday & Thursday (in-person at school) Times: 8:30 am- 2 pm or 3:30 pm to 9 pm (enrolled class schedule)
Week 3: Monday to Thursday (in-person at school) Times: 9 am- 1 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm (enrolled class schedule) Friday (in-person at clinical site) Times: 6 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (enrolled class schedule)

TB TESTING
Two-step, two-week process TB testing is a state requirement for the clinical rotation. This can be done at Divine.
Chest X-rays(within 5 years) Quantiferon-Gold TB test results are also accepted. Without completed TB testing, student would not be able to attend clinical rotation.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a healthcare professional who provides basic patient care, such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, eating, and dressing.
Applicants are required to have basic English Language knowledge, pass a criminal background check, and be at least 18 years old. Applicants under 18 years need permission from their parents or guardians.
You can prepare for the certification exam by studying the material covered in your CNA program, practicing your skills, and taking practice exams online. Divine also provides skills review sessions for a fee.

Yes both External and Internal Students are welcome to test at Divine after paying the exam fee of $100 for the Skills portion of the certification exam.
External students can choose to take the written portion of the certification exam at Divine for an additional fee*.
