$500 Sign-on Bonus – Details Below

Upon being hired by Trouves and successful completion of all hiring criteria and certifications a new employee will receive $100.00.
After successful completion of 30 days consecutive employment an additional $150.00 will be paid.
After successful completion of 90 days consecutive employment and verification of active credentials with the state of employment enabling the employee to work in the position they were hired for, the balance of $250.00 will be paid.

The employee must work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the consecutive 90-day period. If the employee works below the required amount,
quits, or is terminated within the 90-day period all bonus amount previously paid will be deducted from their final payment.

All Sign-on Bonuses will be paid through payroll and will be subject to state and federal taxes.

Only one sign-on bonus will be paid per employee. Sign-on bonuses will only be paid to new hires. If an employee is currently employed by Trouves or any of Trouves’ affiliates or has ever been employed by Trouves or its affiliates you will not be eligible for the bonus.

Department Heads and Exempt Personnel are not eligible for this program.
